Order Help & FAQs
Order Dispatch Cut-off Time:
The cut-off time for dispatching orders is 3:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you have registered an account with us, you can also log in and view your order status and tracking details in your Order History.
Can I change my order?
Before dispatch:
- We may be able to update your shipping address if you contact us promptly.
- If you need to change the products or quantities in your order, the order must be cancelled and refunded before a new order is placed.
Please note that once your order has entered processing or a shipping label has been generated, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.
After dispatch:
- We are unable to change the shipping address, order contents, or cancel the order.
