Conditions for Return/Refund
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (based on logistic records).
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that are opened, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
Please contact us before sending back any items. Returns sent without approval will not be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If quality issues (e.g. damaged, defective, incomplete) are found within the warranty period, please contact us with clear photos. After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
⚠️ Please keep both the product and its packaging until your issue is fully resolved. Different batches may have slightly different packaging, which does not affect the product itself.
Important Notices
Please check the items for damage or wrong color before opening.
Each order is entitled to one-time after-sale service only.
Returns/refunds are not available if:
The product is correct but the color does not meet personal preference.
The parameters you ordered do not suit your eyes.
Return/Refund Process
Contact Us: Email us at service@coloredeyes.com with your order details (name, order number, reason for return). Please do not use the return address on the package.
Prepare the Return: Place the item(s) in their original packaging. Only unopened, resalable products are accepted.
Ship the Package: Send the parcel via your chosen carrier and provide us with the tracking number and website for tracking.
Inspection and refund: We will refund within three days after receiving the returned goods and confirming that the goods are intact.
Worry-Free Purchase
If you selected Worry-Free Delivery at checkout, you are eligible for a full refund if your order does not arrive as described, including loss or damage during transit.
