Currently we only support delivery to addresses in the United States.
The express delivery services we support: USPS, Fedex, DHL.
At coloredeyes.com, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner, we have partnered with UPS carrier.
1. Processing Time
Generally it takes 3~5 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.Orders will not be processed on Saturday and Sunday.
2. Delivery Time
We do our best to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
3. Change of Delivery Address
NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
4. Order Tracking
You can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. Alternatively, you can enter your order number in the Order Tracking Information to check the information.
Note:
- Processing time: Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (total 13-25 business days)
- We ship from our warehouse in Zhejiang, China.
- "Working days" refers to Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and public/bank holidays. The U.S. Postal Service and FedEx offer Saturday delivery, but we cannot guarantee delivery on Saturdays.
- Orders placed on non-business days will be shipped on the next business day.
- Orders placed after 3 p.m. GMT will be shipped on the next business day.
- For other countries not listed, please contact our customer service at service@coloredeyes.com. We will respond within 24 hours.

- All products are shipped free of charge, you do not need to bear any additional costs.
