How to Insert Contact Lenses

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then dry them completely. Carefully remove the lens from the blister pack and place it on your fingertip. Check that the lens is facing the correct direction.
2. With one hand, gently hold your upper eyelid open. Use the other hand to pull down your lower eyelid, then softly place the lens onto your eye.
3. After inserting the lens, slowly look up, down, left, and right to help it settle comfortably. Close your eye for a few seconds if needed.
4. Repeat the same steps for the other eye.

How to Remove Contact Lenses

1. Always wash and dry your hands before removing your lenses.
2. Gently pull down your lower eyelid and hold your upper eyelid open.
3. Look upward and carefully slide the lens downward onto the white part of your eye.
4. Using your thumb and index finger, gently pinch the lens and remove it. Repeat for the other eye.
