What’s Covered
With Worry-Free Purchase, your order is protected against:
Loss:
Domestic: Not delivered within 30 days of shipment
International: Not delivered within 60 days of shipment
Compensation: Up to the item’s paid value
Theft:
Marked as “delivered” but not received
Compensation: Up to the item’s paid value
Damage:
Item is unusable (broken, shattered, bent, crushed, etc.)
Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents), manufacturing defects, packaging errors, or unsealed items are not covered
Compensation: Up to the item’s paid value
💡 Total compensation per coverage is limited to the actual purchase price of the item(s).
Claim Time Limits
Loss: Report within 90 days of order date
Theft (porch piracy): Report within 7 days of carrier showing “delivered”
Damage: Report within 7 days of delivery
Delay: Report after 10 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), but within 90 days of order
How to File a Claim
Check your email for a policy email from Seel and click “Report an Issue”, or visit: Seel Resolution Center
Log in with your email + order number/cover ID
Select the issue type (loss, theft, damage, delay)
Choose affected items and upload supporting documents if required
Select your preferred payout method
Submit and wait for Seel’s review
