    Please note, the cut-off time for dispatching your order is 3:00pm GMT. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel from our door to yours. If you have an account, you can Log In and view your Order History. Here you will find how to get the latest tracking information we have been provided by your courier.

    How much of my order can I change?

    Before dispatch:
    We can make quick adjustments to your address should you notice any inaccuracies.
    If you need to change the products or contents of the order we have to cancel and refund.

    Please note:  As your order processes through our warehouse, we may become unable to edit or cancel your order. Once the label for your order has been printed we are unable to make any further changes to your order details, contents or status.

    After dispatch:
    We are unable to cancel, change the contents of the order or the shipping address.
