To help you get your lenses quickly and on time, we make sure to offer a variety of shipping options.

You can select and change your shipping options during checkout to find the service that suits your needs.

Please note the following regarding shipping options on Coloredeyes.com:

  • "Working days" refers to Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and public/bank holidays. USPS and FedEx offer Saturday delivery, but we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed and delays in courier services and postage may affect the arrival time of your order.
  • Orders placed on non-business days will be shipped on the next business day.
  • The deadline for order dispatch is 3:00pm GMT. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Coloredeyes is not responsible for any import fees, duties, customs or clearance charges that may be levied on orders by the receiving destination country.

        Can I track my order?

        Yes, if you've already placed an order, please visit our Order Tracking page for up-to-date information on your order's location. You can also log in to your account and view your tracking information in "Order History."

        My order was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.

        If your tracking information shows delivery, please make sure you check all possible locations where your package may have arrived. You can also contact your local postage center for further updates.
